Japanese Bilingual Specialist

Job Description:

As a skilled bilingual specialist, you will possess exceptional proficiency in both English and Japanese. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will be key to delivering high-quality results.

You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This includes developing and maintaining knowledge of Japanese culture, history, and current events. Utilizing IT service management tools such as Service Now and Jira will also be essential in managing client relationships and projects.

This role requires a strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to think critically and creatively while working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment on rotational shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • JLPT N2 certification or higher.
  • 4-6 years of experience working with Japanese clients, teams, or projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce high-quality content in Japanese, including documentation, articles, and social media posts.
  2. Develop and maintain knowledge of Japanese culture, history, and current events.
  3. Work effectively with Japanese clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
