Post-Silicon Validation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead our validation efforts in Bengaluru. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation of SoCs and subsystems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing validation team, owning validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems, setting up world-class labs and automation frameworks, collaborating across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally, and driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of validation engineers to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement validation strategies for SoCs and subsystems
  • Design and set up world-class labs and automation frameworks to streamline the validation process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of validated products
  • Drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation of SoCs and subsystems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes
  • Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
