Job Description:

  • Product Listing and Audit: Conduct thorough audits of product listings and recommend corrections to ensure accurate and high-quality data.
  • Data Flow Management: Coordinate with sellers/vendors and category team to facilitate smooth data exchange for all required selection attributes.
  • Error Identification and Resolution: Participate in identifying and correcting catalog errors and investigating customer complaints.
  • Catalog Configuration: Collaborate with product teams to configure catalog products efficiently.
  • Audit Targets and Reporting: Achieve daily audit targets and create detailed reports regarding task assignments.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to other associates as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL is preferred but not mandatory.
