We are on a mission to simplify healthcare and make it accessible to everyone. As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving this vision by leading our sales efforts and driving growth in the region.
Your primary focus will be on client acquisition and retention, designing strategies to grow the business at a zonal level, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. With a strong experience in the client acquisition domain and client retention domain, you will be responsible for generating leads, market visits, and managing assigned accounts.
A successful candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch the value proposition depending on the category of accounts. You will also lead projects, take full ownership, and prospect skills to identify the need and customize the pitch accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate/postgraduate degree with at least 4-6 years of prior hospital/clinical experience and having an experience of hunting and account management. Tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player, and decision maker, problem solver, creative thinking skills are essential for this role.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for handling physician practice complaints, billing, and reconciliation issues, finding solutions to their issues, and maintaining a positive relationship between both parties.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹20 lakhs per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
