Job Summary:

Eminenze Solutions seeks a skilled Area Sales Manager to develop and execute effective business development strategies, driving company growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and property developers.
  • Business Lead Generation: Actively seek out and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, and online platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential target markets and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and online content to effectively communicate the value proposition of Eminenze Solutions' products.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • M.B.A/PGDM degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
