Job Title: EH&S IT Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between EH&S and IT functions.
  • Manage EH&S-related IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Perform in-depth business analysis to translate EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
  • Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications, guaranteeing stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of EH&S application incidents, requests, and releases, including resolution and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management, specifically end-to-end IT project lifecycles.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
