Job Title: Territory Manager

At FMC Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to lead our demand generation activities and drive commercialization launches of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve liquidation goals.
  • Commercialization Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, ensuring effective market positioning and resource allocation.
  • Team Development: Develop annual goals and objectives for the Demand Generation Team, and provide guidance on policy documents and guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure the Demand Generation team delivers goals within budget.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with Brand Managers, Zonal Marketing Managers, and Sales Teams to drive market segmentation, portfolio positioning, and crop-wise product strategy.
  • Adoption of Strategic Initiatives: Implement and track market unit activity planning, large plot demos, demo plots, online training modules, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Team Grooming: Systematically develop and groom team members, providing guidance and support for career aspirations.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and commercialization, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
