About Our Organization:

We have created a platform to provide medical crowdfunding, lending, and health assurance services under one umbrella. Our business operates through three core entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals for our crowdfunding and medical loan platforms.
  • Lead Sales Team: Mentor and guide sales professionals in your region to achieve targets, enhance field effectiveness, and promote professional growth.
  • Crowdfunding and Lending Opportunities: Identify patient needs and introduce EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals, driving awareness and adoption of our platform.
  • Revenue Goals: Set and manage weekly and monthly revenue targets for both crowdfunding and lending pipelines.
  • Market Feedback: Provide continuous feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Lending Operations: Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders.
  • Financial Sustainability: Take full ownership of city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
