  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical advice and support on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Negotiate contract agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Capture customer feedback and testimonials to improve product offerings.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-13 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
