About Texmaco Nymwag Rail & Components Private Limited:

We are a joint venture between Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited and NYMWAG C.S. a.s., focused on designing, manufacturing, and selling railway freight cars and components in India and abroad.

This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for creating a sales strategy to increase market penetration, customer volumes, and drive revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a sales strategy to increase market penetration and drive revenue goals.
  • Diversify product ranges in consultation with customer requirements and the manufacturing team.
  • Manage competition and build enduring relationships with customers.
  • Develop and deploy pricing strategies with the team.
  • Become a key member of the leadership team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Full-time MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Heavy Engineering, Equipment Manufacturing in Capital Goods Industry.
  • Preference given to candidates from the Railway sector with experience in freight cars, locomotives, metro coaches.
