Job Overview

The role of a contact center solutions engineer involves planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining Cisco UCCE and CUCM-based contact center solutions
  • Developing, testing, and implementing IVR self-service scripts using Cisco and third-party platforms
  • Integrating and configuring Nuance TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) functionality for enhanced IVR experiences
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Cube (Cisco Unified Border Element), VoIP gateways, SIP and ISDN trunks, and dial-peers

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE, CUCM, Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways, and IVR scripting
  • Expert in call flow design, routing scripts, CVP IVR, and peripheral applications
  • Advanced knowledge of device pool management, SIP/ISDN protocols, dial plans, and Cisco Cube configuration
  • Proven track record in integration, testing, and troubleshooting Nuance TTS/STT

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred: CCNP, CCIE Collaboration, or CCNA Voice certification
