Lead Accounts Finalisation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Accounts Finalisation Specialist to drive our team's efforts in finalising accounts for Australian clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalise accounts for Australian clients with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure complete compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting process, from data entry to final report generation, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in accounts finalisation, particularly with Australian clients, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
