Job Summary

  • This role involves providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our applications and infrastructure.

Description:

  • Monitor and manage incidents proactively, ensuring minimal downtime for critical systems.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner, collaborating with development, QA, and business stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective incident management processes to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our technical capabilities and services.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java Full Stack, including Core Java, Spring Boot (or equivalent frameworks), REST API development, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and IAM; experience with deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in AWS environments.
  • DevOps & Monitoring (Preferred):
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure monitoring (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk).
