We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated project manager to lead IT and Managed Services projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end lifecycle management of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Serving as primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Maintaining 24/7 coverage rosters for uninterrupted service availability.
  • Overseeing the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents.
  • Effectively managing and refining the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
  • Proactively anticipating risks, establishing mitigation strategies, and addressing issues before escalation.
  • Maintaining a consistent reporting cadence to clients and internal leadership.
  • Documenting all activities with high attention to detail, including Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), decision logs, and follow-ups.
