Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Piping Design Professional with strong expertise in piping, HVAC design, and 3D modeling tools. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Marine/Offshore projects (preferred) and should also be open to opportunities across Piping design-related domains.

The successful candidate will lead piping design and layout activities for complex engineering projects, prepare and review piping GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, and support drawings. They will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, perform clash detection, resolve design issues using advanced 3D modeling tools, and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Additionally, the candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers, handle global client interactions professionally, capturing requirements and delivering effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead piping design and layout activities for complex engineering projects.
  • Prepare and review piping GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, and support drawings.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using advanced 3D modeling tools.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Handle global client interactions professionally.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or relevant qualification.
  • Experience: 4–12 years (or relevant senior-level experience) in piping design.
  • Background in Marine/Offshore projects is highly desirable.

Software Skills

  • AutoCAD Plant 3D
  • Recap
  • Navisworks Manage
  • Experience with parametric modeling tools
  • AI Tools (any)
