Sales Manager for Office Equipment and Automation

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with aggressive yet pleasant attitude, a leader who will inspire, lead by example and be willing to meet different and new people and keen to travel / commute & achieve the set goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating with the Zonal Sales Head for creating strategic and innovative plans to drive End customer, Channel business & augment sales.
- Hand hold the team in creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
- Introduce company services to new prospects / clients through networking, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.
- Minimum 7 years in hard-core End to end sales cycle experience B2C & B2B sales.
- ELV sales experience is a must.
- OEM experience would be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills as well presentation skills.
- Experience on complex deals.
The salary range for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on the role fitment. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
