Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned compensation professional to spearhead our pay equity and transparency initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective pay strategies that align with regulatory requirements and the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analyses to identify and address potential gender pay disparities, utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to drive data-driven decision making.
  2. Data Management: Develop and maintain sophisticated data management systems to support the collection, analysis, and reporting of pay gap data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements, working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with pay equity and transparency.
  4. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that utilize statistical insights to inform policy decisions, driving business outcomes and promoting a culture of fairness and equity.
  5. Audit and Review: Lead periodic audits of reward practices, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to ensure pay gap remediation efforts remain on track.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation, data modeling, and advanced statistical analysis, with direct exposure to large-scale data sets and complex analytics.
  • University level education in a quantitative discipline is highly desirable, along with knowledge of industry-standard software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
