
Expert Compensation and Rewards Strategist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in designing and implementing remuneration frameworks, policies, and packages that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement market-competitive remuneration and rewards frameworks, policies, and packages that uphold meritocracy and sustainability.
- Identify and execute C&B interventions to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, including pay positioning, remuneration structure, incentive design, cost, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct annual remuneration reviews, variable pay processes, and benchmarking projects with external consultants.
- Develop and implement variable pay and incentive schemes across levels, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and ensure process adherence for all remuneration and benefit programs, tracking key productivity and cost metrics.
Requirements:
- MBA from a Tier 1/1B Institute with 2-5 years of relevant experience or MBA from other institutes with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits if coming from industry (non-consulting).
