About the Role:- Develop and implement region-specific compensation and benefits strategies for tech and product talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and retention programs, to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and evaluate regionally relevant benefits programs to guarantee compliance and ensure a positive impact on employee morale.
- Support ESOP planning and communication, particularly for leadership and niche roles, to foster a culture of transparency and trust.
- Guarantee governance, consistency, and compliance in job evaluations, salary bands, and pay practices, upholding the highest standards of fairness and equity.
- Provide actionable insights through compensation analytics and dashboards, empowering informed decision-making and strategic growth.
- A seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional with 6-11 years of experience designing and managing reward programs, driving business results, and fostering employee engagement.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, navigating cross-cultural environments, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
