The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role involves delivering remote support for video conferencing, audio-visual systems, and webcasting technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations for global meetings, events, and webcasts, providing exceptional support to users and executives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling, modifying, and cancelling conferences and webcasts.
  • Manage service mailboxes and create performance metrics.
  • Resolve service tickets related to AV and webcasting technologies.
  • Monitor and update support queues for current and upcoming AV technologies and webcast incidents.
  • Elevate complex issues to higher-level support teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in AV support, video conferencing, and webcast management.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Video Codecs, VBrick Rev, and related AV/IT infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation management.
