Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects. This role involves project planning, execution, and handover, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while maintaining technical standards.

The successful candidate will manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, meeting time, scope, and budget requirements. They will serve as primary client contact, fostering strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure high-quality system delivery and compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
