We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Uni Klinger Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in providing solutions to customers in various sectors such as food, pharma, textile, petro-chemical, steel, power, oil & gas, etc.
You will work closely with our technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
- To identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- To work closely with technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- To negotiate with customers to achieve win-win situation and closure of orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with customers.
