Job Title: Digital Content Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to lead our YouTube growth strategy and drive subscriber engagement.

This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, where you will work closely with our team to develop and execute content calendars, optimize video metadata for SEO, and analyze audience behavior to refine our strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy to increase subscriber numbers, watch time, and engagement.
  • Create and manage content calendars, including frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads.
  • Optimize video metadata, titles, tags, and thumbnails to improve YouTube SEO.
  • Analyze audience behavior and analytics data to inform content decisions and refine our strategy.
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules to improve engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing and scaling YouTube channels.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ.
  • Able to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset.

Bonus Requirements:

Experience working with infotainment channels.
