Digital Marketing Specialist – Healthcare Campaigns

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including Text and YouTube Ads. They will collaborate on the design and content of landing pages, structure campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies, set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns using detailed performance analysis, and create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
In addition, they will oversee and run Meta paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging, utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation to maximize campaign results, develop creative assets in coordination with the design team to optimize campaign performance, manage the setup and ongoing adjustments of campaigns to boost effectiveness, and research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience (min 1.5 years) managing Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns.
- Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
