Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for launching and managing high-performing digital campaigns across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns to drive leads and sales
  • Target local and regional small businesses in North America with tailored marketing approaches
  • Apply a test-and-scale methodology to campaign optimization, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making
  • Promote optimized campaign structures, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to achieve maximum performance
  • Deliver regular reports and actionable recommendations on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.)
  • Own campaign results, ensuring alignment with set lead and sales KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and landing page optimization

Requirements:

  • Mandatory certifications in Google and Meta Ads
  • Proven experience running successful Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for small businesses
  • In-depth understanding of North American small business segments and customer behavior
  • Able to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for optimal performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Strong communication skills, English proficiency, and ownership of results
