Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for paid advertising and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
- Create and manage Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation.
- Nurture relationships with affiliates/partners and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for maximum impact.
- Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing/PPC Campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
- Digital marketing certifications will be a plus.
