We're looking for a YouTube Growth Executive to drive our channel's day-to-day growth and performance.

Job Summary

The YouTube Growth Executive will be responsible for executing growth strategies on our YouTube channel — from uploading and optimizing videos to analyzing performance metrics and supporting content development. This role requires a mix of digital marketing knowledge, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of what makes YouTube content perform.

Responsibilities

1.Channel Operations & Content Management

  • Upload and optimize videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists).
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized for maximum discoverability.
  • Manage publishing calendar and coordinate with the creative team for timely uploads.
  • Monitor comments, engage with audience, and maintain community hygiene.

2.Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track KPIs: subscribers, views, watch time, engagement, CTR, retention.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.
  • Share weekly performance reports and suggest tactical improvements.

3.Growth Execution

  • Support content promotion through Shorts, cross-platform sharing, and community posts.
  • Assist in A/B testing of thumbnails and titles.
  • Research trending topics and suggest content ideas aligned with skincare and beauty space.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align organic YouTube growth with paid campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience growing YouTube channels (brand, creator or agency side).
  • Strong understanding of YouTube basics: SEO, analytics, algorithm behavior.
  • Proficiency with tools like YouTube Studio, etc.
  • Keen interest in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle content.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and execution skills.
