Social Media Content Creator – Job Description

*Location:* Udaipur

*Department:* Marketing & Creative Communication

*Reports to:* Marketing Head / Founder

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to shape and amplify the brand voice of icconX across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, aesthetics, and viral culture, blending global youth energy with icconX's premium, aspirational tone.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging and original content (video, photo, reels, stories, captions) aligned with the brand's visual identity and tone.

* Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.

* Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for campaign visuals and storytelling concepts.

* Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content performance.

* Stay ahead of social trends, meme culture, and viral moments to keep the brand relevant and relatable.

* Shoot and edit short-form videos, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes clips (basic camera and editing skills preferred).

* Collaborate with influencers and community managers for content co-creation and amplification.

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication touchpoints.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing for D2C/lifestyle/fashion brands.

* Proficiency in video editing and creative tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling.

* Understanding of platform algorithms and analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).

* Creative thinker with a finger on the pulse of digital trends and youth culture.

* Comfortable being on camera or directing others in content creation.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* High sense of aesthetics aligned with premium and minimalist design language.

* Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about brand storytelling.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

* Experience with influencer collaborations and campaign rollouts.

* Basic understanding of paid ad creatives and social media boosting.

* Knowledge of fashion/lifestyle content trends in India and globally.
