Key Responsibilities / Job Description (Detailed Description)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, stories, videos).
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and present insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Engage with online communities, manage DMs/comments, and grow followers organically.
  • A/B test creatives, captions, and ad formats to improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 25 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of paid campaigns and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of trends and engagement strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or related field preferred.
