Main Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee daily café operations for seamless customer experiences.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff across service and retail teams for warm, knowledgeable, and consistent service.
- Customer Experience: Create an atmosphere where every guest feels valued, welcomed, and inspired by our clean-eating philosophy.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Manage and track stock levels for accurate reporting and smooth coordination with purchase and warehouse teams.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, budgets, and profitability while implementing cost-control measures.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across all operations.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on performance to management.
We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor with 6+ years of experience in restaurant/café management, preferably in premium or lifestyle F&B settings. Key qualities include strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills, as well as proven ability to manage operations, stock, and finances effectively.
