Job Description

EPIC Investment Partners is a global financial services platform with 250 people across four integrated divisions. We are seeking a Process Specialist to support our HR Operations function.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, document verification, HRMS, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support for all entities.

  • HRMS Management: Handling change management for employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management.
  • Payroll Inputs: Inputting data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and managing employee referrals and bonus sheets.
  • Group Organization Chart Updates: Monthly updating of organizational charts, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA in HR or Finance.
  • 3+ Years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Power Point Presentation.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing various vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services.
  2. Preparing offer, appointment, and relieving letters of employees.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations with strong visual and structural design.
  • Skilled in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting for effective data analysis.
