We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

This role will provide expert-level support for the cash management and liquidity activities in a dynamic banking environment.

  • You will be responsible for technical support and configuration across various platforms.

Mandatory Skills:

  • You must have experience with vendor applications such as Smartstream Cash Management (CMS) version 4, Control Process Designer, Smart Schema, and other related systems.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • You must be familiar with Change Requests, attending CAB meetings, and representing on weekend rollout of code changes.
  • You must have knowledge of Control M application, jobs creation, administration, alerting, file move, file watchers, JSON, etc.
  • You must have expertise in Oracle 19 SQL scripting and oracle database concepts.
  • You must be proficient in Linux shell scripting and support.
  • You must be able to package up and manage configuration/code changes into releases and apply to production.
  • You must have knowledge of JBoss 8 server, configuration, and support, error log analysis, and WAR file deployment.
  • You must understand JMS Queue processing and principles.
  • You must be familiar with GitHub software management and automated deployment via CI/CD pipeline.

This role requires a high level of flexibility, particularly when working on rolling out system changes in non-business hours and weekends. You must be a self-motivator who is able to take a task and progress it independently or as part of a team.
