Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce applications and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Release Management: Plan, deploy, and provide post-deployment support for Salesforce releases.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve Salesforce deployment issues and failures efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and improve CI/CD processes related to Salesforce deployments.
  • Environment Setup: Support the setup and optimization of Salesforce environments for development, testing, and production.
Requirements:
  • SFDC Admin Certification: Mandatory certification for this role.
  • Experience in Salesforce Delivery: Proven experience in delivering Salesforce-based SaaS products.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and deployment strategies.
  • CI/CD Experience: Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
