Job Description

Salesforce Delivery Expertise
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce applications and features, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain expertise in Salesforce release management, encompassing planning, deployment, and post-deployment support to guarantee efficient and timely releases.
  • Identify and resolve Salesforce deployment issues and failures promptly, utilizing analytical skills to mitigate potential downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts and ensure smooth releases, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain optimized CI/CD processes related to Salesforce deployments, continuously evaluating and improving them for enhanced efficiency.
  • Support the setup and optimization of Salesforce environments for development, testing, and production, applying best practices in configuration management.
  • Leverage problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system and deployment issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • SFDC Admin Certification is mandatory; proven experience in delivering Salesforce-based SaaS products is also required.
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and deployment strategies is essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable, as it will enable you to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills related to Salesforce deployments are necessary, as well as strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment is an added advantage, but not required.
