Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs.
- Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish and track critical KPIs periodically, and perform gap analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
- Analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.
- Assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing 'Day 1 Activities' for seamless business transitions.
Your Qualifications:
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
- Showcase your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Evidently communicate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Hold a strong academic record, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
