Job Overview:

As a Desktop Publishing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leveraging your expertise in desktop publishing software to deliver high-quality content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging visual content using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to effectively communicate information to various stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain strong localization skills, working with diverse languages in InDesign, MS Word, OCR tasks, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, to continuously improve productivity and efficiency.
  4. Foster strong analytical skills to make informed decisions in critical situations, ensuring timely project delivery and meeting client expectations.
  5. Maintain open communication channels with colleagues and clients, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
  6. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing schedules and priorities as needed, while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Demonstrate proficiency in Windows/MAC environments, including email, MS Office, and internet navigation to efficiently manage daily tasks.
  2. Show understanding of financial project management principles and formatting guidelines for financial tables to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Prior experience with Citrix, VPN, and other applications is highly valued, but not essential.
  4. A background in localization DTP, text formatting, OCR tasks, and quality checks is preferred, but relevant skills and training can be acquired on the job.
