**Job Title:** Mortgage Sales Executive

**Experience:** 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting with suspect leads and converting them into prospects.
  • Establishing contact with prospects, which may involve multiple calls beyond office hours.
  • Need analysis, eligibility profiling, and setting up appointments.
  • Following up with prospects post-meeting with sales officers until conclusion.
  • Basis feedback from prospects, seeking interventions from senior sales resources or self to satisfy customer needs.
  • Responsible for converting suspects to prospects and customers.
  • Providing support to the sales team in increasing conversions.
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of company products and policies as well as competition.
  • Ensuring quality of conversations, including accuracy, product knowledge, appraisal skills, punctuality, and TAT commitments.
  • Ability to handle objections and update software.
  • Generating references and providing market feedback to supervisors.
