Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves achieving monthly targets through a team in Residential Real Estate. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, set performance objectives for each team member, and ensure expectations are met within timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer, including reimbursement of fixed traveling and actual mobile expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for achieving monthly targets through the team in Residential Real Estate.
  • Oversee daily operations & set performance objectives for each team member & ensure expectations are met within timelines.
  • Train, support, and conduct regular performance appraisals, giving feedback and training as necessary.
  • Responsible for guiding & giving suggestions and support in earmarking and setting up sales procedures for the team.
  • Assist and encourage personnel to enhance personal and team targets.
  • Organize marketing plans to attain sales targets stipulated by the organization.
  • Initiate and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and strategies that guarantee achievement of target.
  • Making propositions, give suggestions and designate sales targets and job obligations to each sales staff.
  • Active participation in product launching and expansion of business.
  • Proper coordination with team members and various departments.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Real Estate sales in Residential Properties is mandatory.
  • Team handling experience is a must.
  • A competitive person who is motivated to personally grow, grow a business, and make money.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Proficient in communication (Good, Excellent & Fluent).
  • Well-groomed individual with good presentation skills.

Estimated Salary:** ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum depending on experience.
