We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive collections target achievement for allocated centres, enhance new member acquisition through Agent Onboarding and Cross Sell products penetration.
- Drive collections target set for allocated centres with regular collections as per annexure 1
- Ensure achievement of new members through AOC with Achievement as per annexure 2
- Achieve the set targets for Cross Sell products RD APY Collections as per annexure 3
To succeed in this role you will require:
- Proven track record of driving results in sales or similar environments
- Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
