**Description**
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development and maximize their potential.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through effective messaging, branding, and communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as leads, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
