We are seeking an Education Advisor to support students in their university application journey. Our innovative platform provides impartial, free content and advice.
Key Responsibilities:- Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and student/parent financial ability.
- Passion for helping students and providing impartial advice on studying abroad.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
- Prior experience in counseling students is essential. Experience from the study abroad sector is a plus.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping at all times.
- Deliver presentations on behalf of the organization in webinars and virtual counseling sessions.
- Provide students with accurate information and answer inquiries promptly.
- Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the organization.
