Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, including workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR Policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and relevant labor laws.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including labor standards, employee welfare regulations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
