Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, including workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop, implement, and update HR Policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and relevant labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including labor standards, employee welfare regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Drive HR Initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Maintain and enhance HR Systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
