Job Title: Lead Logistics Professional

This role involves leading a team that supports and implements solutions for efficient warehouse operations and optimal system performance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management and technical expertise to oversee integrations, troubleshoot issues, and foster team development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing technology solutions using Active solutions
  • Overseeing the integration of Active with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and process optimization
  • Providing technical guidance to development teams ensuring best practices and standards are followed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Developing comprehensive documentation for system architecture processes and configurations

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of active hands-on experience with Warehouse Management
  • Overall, 8-10 years of support experience in Manhattan versions
  • Basic SQL understanding to write down queries to filter data provided
  • Knowledge of templating languages Velocity and Freemaker a plus
  • Python knowledge a plus
