Job Title: Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP logistics lead with a strong background in SAP Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, WM, EWM, TM, and comprehensive understanding of integration across all SAP modules.

The ideal candidate will also have expertise in solution architecture as well as implementation and support experience. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering SAP logistics solutions, ensuring end-to-end integration, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP Logistics Leadership:
  • Lead the end-to-end logistics processes within SAP, covering Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, WM, EWM, and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand logistics needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and direction on SAP logistics configurations, processes, and optimizations.
SAP Solution Architecture:
  • Design and implement scalable, robust SAP logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and long-term goals.
  • Architect SAP systems by integrating Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and other relevant modules to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.
  • Ensure alignment of solution designs with industry best practices and SAP standards.
Implementation & Project Management:
  • Lead SAP logistics implementations, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage and coordinate across cross-functional teams (IT, business users, third-party vendors).
  • Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
Support & Continuous Improvement:
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP logistics systems, identifying and resolving system issues, bugs, and performance gaps.
  • Continuously optimize SAP logistics processes to improve efficiency, minimize costs, and support business growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving the integration of logistics processes with other SAP modules.
Integration & Coordination Across Modules:
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Production Planning, and Procurement).
  • Work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and test integration points.
  • Ensure consistency in master data management across all logistics processes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related SAP activities across various business units.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and in-house consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Work closely with business leaders to define and prioritize logistics requirements and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Document solutions, processes, and configurations clearly and comprehensively for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management on project progress and system performance.
