Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to lead and drive our distribution planning efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints and ensure product availability across all channels.

In addition, this role will involve defining and monitoring inventory holding policies and norms, based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel, with ability to manage complexity of large SKU base and multi-channel distribution.

They must possess excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics) and a proactive mind-set with ability to balance cost, availability, and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute distribution planning strategies to optimize dispatch plans and stock flow.
  • Ensure product availability and fill rate ownership for all customer channels – distributors, EBOs/MBOs, Modern Trade chains, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify and monitor slow-moving/obsolete stocks and design mitigation and liquidation plans to minimize risk.
  • Act as a single point of contact for sales teams on product availability and predictability.
  • Manage demand-supply balancing for institutional channels and MTO orders.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams for efficient vehicle planning and load optimization.
