Job Overview

This role entails leading a team of business and portfolio relationship managers at the area level. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and managing a portfolio of existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clients' businesses and provide suitable financial solutions. They will also be expected to build relationships with key decision-makers in target segments and foster trust and confidence.

Ambitious candidates who can continually increase book size, SOH, and profitability are encouraged to apply. The selected individual will receive comprehensive training on client business models, trade activities, and cash flows. Additionally, they will be responsible for grooming and mentoring team members to achieve their desired performance levels.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with 7-8 years of experience in the local market. A background in credit and sales knowledge is essential, along with prior experience in driving and managing teams. Excellent leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

The successful candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be expected to benchmark best practices in the industry and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
