Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Recruitment Coordinator to oversee high-volume recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to support the client's recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients by providing timely updates on contracts to contractors and consultants.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager in onboarding newly hired employees.
  • Track various items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Set up meetings and make reservations for senior management.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure new jobs are opened in ATS and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal.
  • Review and track updates published on the client portal.
  • Develop knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening principles.
  • Support coordinating background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and provide feedback.
  • Implement process improvements and support recruitment directly during high-volume periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral and written skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
