Job Overview:

We seek a dedicated and skilled Financial Accountant to fill a key role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, reconcile accounts, and perform thorough financial analyses.
  • Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigating strategies.
  • Internal Control: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the integrity of financial data and prevent errors or misstatements.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial information and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA(Finance) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Xero); strong organizational and time management skills.
