Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a remote project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and Order Management, with expertise in migrating data from external tools to ServiceNow.

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with focus on Data.
  • Business Analyst with experience in data activities, OM knowledge and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Ability to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings.
  • Experience in data migration activities, capable to manage large data extractions, convert it into the right ServiceNow target format.
  • Desirable experience in OM data model capable to advice best practices on the usage of the fields and its impact on the process.
  • Experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).

  • Excellent written / oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt communication to the audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and open mindset.
  • Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify the effort and the required changes.
  • A team player used to work in a distributed multi-cultural team.
