Business Solutions Lead

  • Lead a team of functional consultants, focusing on custom developments and configuration activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.
  • Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
  • Participate in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.
  • Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues.
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience of managing team of functional consultants.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience handling custom developments for complex custom solution.
